The current request window for an eligible Morrowglyph purchase.
Seven-day request window
A refund request may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase for an eligible purchase. Morrowglyph reviews each request individually. A request is not an automatic approval, and this policy does not promise a particular payment method or response timing.
How to ask
Use the Morrowglyph support form with the relevant order details. The request will be reviewed by Morrowglyph; submitting a request does not itself issue a refund.
